Never Give Up

Many of us have many heart desires-to be financially debt free, to have a good home, to end up the ongoing conflicts with dear one(s), to end the battle with that sickness/disease and so on. But in delay(s), in time of waiting with lot of confusion as pain increases we might feel like giving up. Every time we give up we accept a defeat, and loose the very opportunity to expand faith and we accept mediocrity and doubt the very promises we were holding on to, and further declare our faith to be foolishness and think all that was behind us/all that which we have left was best for us.

There would be some situations where one would put entire faith and the result would be very disappointing. Many give up easily on the things which might be hard for logical-mortal brains to understand. Faith is beyond imaginary levels, making impossible possible and very hard to work in a combination with logical-brains.

In the scriptures, when God rescued Israelites from Egypt through Moses, a problem arose with the Israelites-The Israelites had a very inconsistent mindset and the same inconsistency gave Pharaoh an advantage over Israelites to serve him. An inconsistent mindset will never allow one to achieve their dreams, desires but will surely make one a slave who is pursuing his dreams/desires.

In the process of guiding Israelites, God hardens the hearts of Pharaoh and lets Pharaoh pursue over the Israelites, and the Israelites not knowing God was still working behind the scenes, flared their anger over Moses saying “And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?
Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness”. Exodus 14:11-12 KJV

Though God has done many tremendous miracles yet people wanted to look back and go to their past slave life. Inconsistency will not allow faith to grow and to overcome this you should ignore the very convincing logics and further submit yourself to God.
Despite the anger of entire Israel and their vain groaning, Moses looked unto God and asked God for a solution and God replies “By listening to them Moses didn't took a back step but he prayed unto God and the Lord said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward.” Exodus 14:15 KJV

Many a times we tend to believe that past was much better than the present life which we are living in and such thoughts are outputs of adjusting to a hateful lifestyle, to an overwhelming rejection, to pain and finally like a dead corpse one would like to end life.

But there is a salvation unexperienced, something great which can remove pains and give a life of freedom with full of joy and peace. God says march ahead into your dreams/desires and, HE says I'm the Lord of all and I know all your ways but make sure you are still holding onto me because when you do then I will make you sit on the most glorious high place on this Earth.

God is gracious and because HE made promise to bring out children of Israel from the bondage, He did stick to His word. Your faith is defined in your troubles and if you keep on holding your faith on, God brings out a greater miracle out of your life. Just as in the time of Moses, many wanted to go back to their life of slavery but Moses was one who took the forward step by listening to God and have prepared a stage for the mighty hand of God to perform the great miracle which was never heard till then rescuing all Israelites destroying Pharaoh and His army.

Whatever you are going through right now, it may be pain, sickness or something which holds you back not letting you to move forward. Hold on to your faith on God and move forward with God’s Word. Pray that you won't fall as a prey to thoughts of an inconsistency heart and you will surely see the great miracle(s) in your life and all promises shall be fulfilled.
